Shipping, Handling, and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with La Manta Trading Company LLC. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please read the following policies regarding shipping, handling, and returns:

Shipping:

Order Processing Time: We make every effort to ship new orders within 48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Methods: We utilize the following shipping methods:

    • USPS Priority Mail

    • USPS Ground Advantage

    • USPS Flat Rate

Shipping Rates: In order to completely avoid overcharging for shipping, we have implemented a ship our items with a flat rate, per weight range. 

Local Pickup:

We are pleased to offer free local pickup to the Las Cruces, New Mexico area (ZIP Codes 88001, 88003, 88004, 88005, 88006, 88007, 88011, 88012, 88013). Please contact (575) 642-1063 to schedule a pickup.  

Handling:

Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns within reason at the discretion of La Manta Trading Company LLC.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at lamantatradingco@gmail.com or (575) 567-3808. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Customer will pay for return shipping.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund/exchange within three days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:

Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for details.

Custom Orders: Any customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.
